1.) We provide free ground shipping all domestic orders with a minimum Grand Total of $1000 USD. Note: 
Offer may not be combined with any other sale, promotion, discounts, codes, coupons and/or offers
2.) All ground shipments placed Monday – Friday by 4pm CST will ship same day.  
All ground shipments placed after 4pm CST Monday – Friday will ship the next day.  All expedited shipments/overnight orders placed Monday – Friday by 3pm CST will ship same day. 
expedited shipments/overnight orders placed after 3pm CST Monday – Friday will ship the next day.  All orders placed on weekends will not start processing until Monday. 
3.) Expedited shipping options are available for domestic orders with United Parcel Service (UPS), FedEx and USPS. Options include: 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air, and Next Day Air Early AM, 1-3 Day. 4.) International shipping rates and delivery times may vary. All international orders ship via United Parcel Service (UPS). Estimates are available during checkout.  To receive a actual rate please email our warehouse manager: or call 515-633-0004.
5.) When shipping internationally, we are not responsible for knowing the Customs Policies of the countries you select to ship our product to. Shipping costs will not be included in the refund if your order does not pass inspection at the point of entry and is returned to,Global Source Distribution, the sender. In addition, we are not responsible for any exchange rate fees you might incur due to refunding your order.
6.) We are not responsible for items lost in transit, items sent to the wrong address, nor international fees charged by your country or third parties. 
7.) Missing and damaged items must be claimed within 5 days of being “Delivered” by emailing our warehouse manager: and please call your sales rep at 515-633-0004.


Returns are defined as an item that you possibly purchased and made an error or an item you decided you no longer want.  We all make mistakes at times when placing orders!  If you find that you have erred and need to send some of your product back to Global Source Distribution, you will have a 2 days grace period from the day you received your order to return eligible products from Global Source Distribution.  All returned items are issued back as a credit.


Global Source Distribution does not accept defective items that are more than 60 days out from the online purchase date.  A defective item refers to an item that is defective out of the box due to manufacture negligence.  An item is not considered defective if the defect or issue is caused by user error.  Defects caused by user error are not covered under the defective return policy and are not eligible for defective return or replacement.  Some examples of user errors are: 
  • Devices that have been dropped, crushed, suffer damage from e-liquid leaking into the unit, exposed to water, and due to user negligence.
  • Coils are never eligible for return or replacement UNLESS there is a manufacture recall.
Global Source Distribution offers a 60 day manufacture defective return policy.  Our return policy applies to hardware products purchased from Global Source Distributions online website, when a product is defective due to a manufacture defect.  However, due to manufacture requirements, we must abide by the following when accepting a defective return. (Please call 515-633-0004 to receive a GSD Return form.  This form must be included in the box with your returns upon arrival to our facility.)
All Global Source Distribution customers, returning a defective device must have the following in order to accept the defective return:
  • Please contact your sales rep by call 515-633-0004, to receive the GSD return ticket required for all defective returns.
  • Returned items must include original product packaging and all accessories.
  • Purchase order number including date of purchase attached to the GSD return ticket.
  • Product must be within the 60 days of purchase window to be eligible for a return.  
  • Sale Items (If Applicable) are NOT eligible for refund, credit or exchange.
The customer is responsible for paying to mail the return item(s) to Global Source Distribution (see return address below).  Once we have received your returned item(s) we will notify you of the status of your refund within 7 days or sooner.   All return are on a 14 day turnaround of you receiving a replacement or credit. If you do not see a replacement or credit within 14 days please call 515-633-0004.  
If the item is deemed a manufacture defect, GSD will send a replacement immediately or a credit will be applied toward the customers next order. If a credit is issued, a discount code will issued out to you via email, the discount code can be used toward your next order. Global Source Distribution is responsible for paying the return shipping of the items.

If you have items with a 
manufacture defect, outside of our 60 day return policy, we recommend you do the following:
  • You can contact the manufacturer directly to have a return issued.
  • If the consumer comes into your store and feels the item is a manufacture defect and it’s past the 60 day window, they can also contact the manufacture directly to try and receive a return.  All manufacture information for returns are available on the original packaging.
